staring learn driving on 3/6/09...
cool man..
i like driving.. but i hate going up the moutain..~
i hate manual car..
hope quickly pass the exam then i can bring auto car..
and hope i got my own car..
exam on 20th june..
pray .. god help me..
if u have listen to me..
i wan to pass my driving exam..
hopefully i m in a good condition that day ..~~!

donno what happen to me..
no mood to working ..
tired of working..
tired of the staff..
keep on acting like boss..
wrong little bit like the whole kitchen is going to collapse...

starting to hate this guy..
acting bossy...
always walk around do nth ..
mouth tok but hands nt working..always play cell phone..
only if got order,he start to work..
if nt just goyang goyang..then every month company give salary ..
that all..

cook 1 time staff food like taking his life..
keep on complaining..
i cook staff food jus now..
so so so ..
i 1 month cook 14 days of staff food..
i don even say anything..
nobody ask u to cook 1.. u sendiri kepo wan to cook ..
then tok so much again..
sometimes ppl cook then u still complain..
wa eat chicken again, eat mee again..
if u don wan eat cook urself lo,make urself lo..
since u r boss.. nobody can say u ..
tok so much ~

i follow ur recipe then u scold me
say i didnt follow..
then say u wont mistake..
i always make mistake on order n making sauce..
yea.. u r right..
my brain nt computer.. if knot remember write down..
but i still remember.. if nt i wont do it..
if do wrong so wat.. still can make again la.. wont die 1..
just take some times to remeasure all the thing n cook again,
nt a big deal..
if u think ur company will rugi .. rugi lo..
nt everyday rugi ..ok..!
y u don think is ur cooking step wrong..
y everything is me..u don even think u will do mistake..
btw ppl do mistake and improve from mistake..
nt everything is 100% 1..
sure sometimes will get 80% 50%..
if i do everything 100% then i can be head chef ordy..wat for still be helper..
i m nt genius also.. if u wan to find a genius to work ..go lo..

these days keep on scold me..
really don have the mood to work..
borrow my phone play games..
i say i wan to make a call also knot ? wth ..
that is my phone.. u don have the right to say anything..

the other chef ask u to call 1 ppl help u for outside catering..
u don wan..i know..
cz u don wan us to have overtime..
u sendiri /urself got only lo..
pandai lo..so karit 1..
nvr see a guy/man like u ..
only that 10 20 dollars.. u also don wan to share with others...
i really wan to clap hand infront of u..

i see food also no appetite now..
almos everyday doing the same thing
120 tray of eggs..

cant u imagine or plz don imagine..

feels like so so dry ..
its can say my hands look like a 40 yrs old lady hands..

last minute function for mod askar camp.. 2050 pax..
every mon to thurs starting from 13 may to 31 may ..
pick up food at 4am..
so starting from 13 until 31..
almos everyday working ot until 12 ..latest also until 1am..

2050 pax of fried mee , fried kuey teow , boiled eggs ,steam eggs , fried mee hoon , porridge..
kuey teow.. 330 kg of kuey teow..
yellow mee 1000 packet ..
120 trays of eggs.. 30 eggs X 120 trays..
500 kg of rice ..

scary... haha...

its good thing also..
1st i can diet..
2nd got lots of ot..(i like ot,money2 come )

but 1 thing is out of energy..
work 10 am to 12am..

hope time pass quick..

i didnt get my off day..
when it comes to off day ..
suddenly feel very very very tired..

i always wanted off day working..

hard , TIRED TO MAX april..
3 weeks no off day..
bcoz no enuff staff..
finally can get my off day on friday till monday..
relaxx..!!
FINALLY..~~~

can get rid of all the nonsense at work..
after monday.. hope everything back to normal..

next month should be a tough n tired month too..
surely no off days for 2 weeks..
this time sure got off day working..
i want it off day working , overtime..
